Returns: I do not accept returns, however I am willing to replace pieces for free in certain situations. If your piece arrives broken and you are unable to salvage it, please email me so we can figure out how to rectify your problem. I am not responsible for packages lost by the USPS or other mailing companies. If your package is lost, I am unable to provide refunds, but again, negotiations are in order to replace whatever you ordered if you just shoot me an email. 

Processing Time: I am a single person doing most of the processes that lead to creating your order, so processing time is 1-2 weeks because of that, especially if made-to-order pieces are bought. This is the time I allot myself BEFORE I ship your order, so please be patient with me if it is taking a bit. After an order is shipped, I have no control of the speed of delivery. Ready-made pieces will usually ship within the week they are ordered, however, this is not always the case, which is why I have allotted 1-2 weeks to myself for processing time.

Allergies/Hardware Changes: I am totally able to accommodate for any kind of metal allergies if you leave me a note at checkout or send me an email with your order number. For hardware changes, such as changing a hook or stud to a clip-on, please add the Clip-On Conversion product to your cart. It will not charge you, it just notifies me you would like the hardware changed. For those who cannot wear stud in their ears, for example those with gauges, I also have a Hardware Conversion product, which allows you to change any earring with a stud back to have a hook or a hoop, depending on your preference.
